- Do I need RingCentral?
- No. Upload a call file directly. Connect RingCentral later if you want calls to flow in automatically.
- How long does grading take?
- About a minute per call. We transcribe with Whisper, then run AI grading.
- How is the call score calculated?
Each call gets a score from 1 to 10. QAflow reads the transcript and grades it against the standards your team sets in QAflow (your rubric: what a good sales or service call should cover).
Sales calls: If the deal did not close on that call, the score is capped at 7, so scores above 7 mean the rep both performed well and moved the sale forward. Test or dummy calls are scored very low on purpose.
Customer service calls: The same 1–10 scale reflects how well the rep helped the customer (clarity, empathy, resolution path). There is no “sale required” for a higher score.
The score is there to spot trends and coach reps. It is not a guarantee of compliance or job performance by itself - managers should still review important calls when it matters.
